(parenthesis will indicate fat free substitutes)1 baked pound cake or yellow cake mix (2 angel food cakes)
1 large package vanilla Jell-O pudding (prepare with non-fat milk)
4 banana's
2 pints strawberries - fresh or frozen (or substitute your favorite berry)
1 pt whipping cream (1 large Cool-Whip Lite)
1/2 cup orange juice
Prepare pudding allow time for it to set. Break up cake into bite size pieces. In pretty tall sided glass bowl, you are going to layer the ingredients: 1 rot of bite size cake, lightly sprinkle with orange juice. Dot with a tablespoon of pudding. Make a layer of banana's and berries. You can also use cubed prepared Jell-O (strawberr-banana works well), and you would add at at this point. Start again with the cake layer and continue to the top of your bowl.
Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate. Best if used 4 to 6 hours after preparation or even over night. (I have made it several times and served it right away and it is fine)
