Pre-cooked ham
Whole cloves
1-1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups pineapple juice
1 Tbs hot mustard
2 cups canned diced pineapple
Ginger ale
Preheat oven to 350°. Score ham and stick with cloves. Mix in a blender the sugar, juice, pineapple and mustard. Place ham on a low rack in oven in roasting pan, pour pineapple mixture over ham. Bake 1 hour
Reduce heat to 300° and bake for 2 hours. As juice boils down, add ginger ale to taste. Baste ham every 15 to 20 minutes, adding ginger ale as needed. Last 30 minutes of cooking time, put ham directly in sauce for extra flavor. Can be cooked ahead as the ham is even better the second day.
