Cracked Kamut Cereal

*Cracked Kamut Mix

3 cups Kamut cracked in blender

1 cup 9 Grain cracked cereal

Cracked Kamut Cereal

2 cups water

¼ tsp. real salt

½ cup cracked Kamut mix

Bring 2 cups of water to boil on stove top with salt. Stir while adding ½ cup cracked Kamut mix. Return to boil for one minute and then add:

1-2 Tbsp. brown sugar

½ Tbsp. butter

Cover with lid, leaving the steam vent open. Turn burner to medium low setting and cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes two servings.
