Crazy Cake

3 cups sifted flour

2 cups sugar

6 Tbsp cocoa

2 cups cold water

12 Tbsp oil

2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp salt

2 tsp baking soda

2 Tbsp vinegar

Put sugar in ungreased cake pan.  Sift flour, cocoa, soda and salt into pan.  Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and water.  Pour water over mixture and stir thoroughly with fork.  Bake 30-35 minutes.  Let stand in pan until cook.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
