8 slices of white bread
1 lb bulk hot sausage
1/2 lb grated cheese
6 beaten eggs
3 cups milk
dash of salt and pepper
Butter a 9x13 pan, remove crusts of bread, cut into 1" pieces. Toss in pan. Brown sausage, drain grease. Mix remaining ingredients together, stir in sausage, pour mixture over bread cubes. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes
